Works for pipe organ
Penny's organ solos have received extensive performance
as recital pieces and voluntaries, including Wilcroft Fanfare performed by
Keith Chambers at
Rugby College Chapel.

Her Millennium Toccata
was used by Huw
Tregelles Williams to
close his recital at
St Mary's Church, Swansea.
Both works have received BBC airplay, as have a number
of Penny's novelty pieces in the light music genre on

Other works
Penny's song "High Flight" was performed by
Nathan Vale
(tenor) and Jonathan Beatty (piano) in the 2005
International Bath Festival.
Penny's anthem "I was glad" (for chorus, brass trio and
organ) was short-listed for the 2005
John Armitage Memorial Prize
Penny's Carol of the Innkeeper received its first
performance at Ross Parish Church in 2004
Penny's Piano Sonata in F Major received its first
performance at the Weston Gallery in Cardiff in 2004 as part of a concert by
students of the
Royal Welsh College of Music and Drama.
LCM Exams pieces
Penny was commissioned to compose and arrange all
the works in the
LCM Exams syllabus for organ and keyboard, 2000-2005.

syllabus, but with the core of Penny's work included for the period to 2010. These works have proved extremely popular with teachers
and exam candidates alike
Current work
- Penny is currently engaged in composing a rhapsody for
piano and orchestra
- She is also working on a musical for performance by a
semi-pro theatre company
